Ed's Boot Camp Fitness &
Conditioning Program is offered Monday, Wednesday and Friday
mornings at Doral Meadow Park and Saturday mornings at Morgan
Levy Park. The bootcamp includes a variety of exercises
including cardio, stretching, and coordination. Classes
last about an hour and is open to all ages and fitness
levels. Please consult a physician prior to commencing
